Data Deletion

You can delete your data from MomentCut at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it. For full details on what we store, see our Privacy Policy.

Disconnect an Instagram account

In the app, open the Queue page and disconnect any connected Instagram account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and all scheduled/published-post records for that account.

Delete your whole account

To delete your MomentCut account and all associated data — your profile, connected Instagram accounts, uploaded videos and generated reels — email us from your account email address:

• Send a request to lucas.erlacher.29@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• We will delete your data and confirm by email, typically within 30 days.

Removing the app from Instagram

You can also revoke MomentCut’s access directly from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove MomentCut. Instagram notifies us, and we automatically delete the corresponding account data and token.
